Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)(Augusta) Vaccinated Only

$310, 40 hours, 5-day course, 8:30am-4:30pm; Add $85 for supervised medication administration (scheduled separately)

Teaches the skills needed for safe medication administration and covers State of Maine regulations, common medications and side effects, and basic anatomy and physiology. Participants may choose to add supervised Medication Administration provided by an RN and needed to obtain the certification.

COVID-19 Safety

All students must be COVID-19 vaccinated to attend live class days for NCI courses. If you have not previously submitted proof of vaccination to New Communities, please send a scanned copy of your vaccine record to Sharon Wyman, Training & Program Coordinator at swyman@newcomms.org.

If one positive case is confirmed at the student’s work facility or if the student has been in contact with a confirmed COVID case within two weeks of the class day, the student or their supervisor must notify Sharon Wyman, Training & Program Coordinator at swyman@newcomms.org and their class will be rescheduled.
