Learn More About Berwick Estates
At Berwick Estates, community begins at our facility with a dedicated wellness coordinator who learns about you and your interests, and connects you to a variety of social, recreational, and educational activities. Our wellness program, Connections, is developed with an awareness of the whole person and focuses on a multi-faceted approach to well-being. You’ll connect with new friends, discover new hobbies and interests, and enjoy time to just relax on the beautifully landscaped back deck.
Berwick Estates is situated in the heart of South Berwick, allowing for an easy stroll to the historic downtown and several restaurants and shops. The local senior center is right next door and offers a variety of exercise classes, bingo, cards, line dancing, guest speakers, trips, and weekly lunches.
Close by, enjoy Vaughan Woods State Park, a 165-acre forested tract along the scenic Salmon Falls River. The park includes picnic facilities and hiking trails through old-growth stands of pine and hemlock. The community of South Berwick boasts an active event calendar, including a Hot Summer Nights concert series, a Strawberry Festival, and a fall Lantern Festival.
